In the spirit of the Legend of the Candy Cane, this story follows a woman who, after years of planting seeds of faith through small acts of kindness, is called by God to open a candy store. What began as a general store idea evolved into North Country Market: Fudge, Candy, and Gifts and serves as a mission field within the walls of a sweet shop. The storeowner turns her business into a sanctuary of healing and hope through prayerful obedience to God which offers fudge and candy along with Jesus' peace to her customers. Every candy bag, blanket, t-shirt, or hat she hands out and each prayer she speaks spreads Christ’s love while demonstrating that following peace leads to miracles.
